Tony Ridley is a registered nurse and nurse supervisor at FirstLantic Healthcare and manages both medical and support staff to include training and counseling. He began his journey in the healthcare field as an active-duty U. S. Army medic. After 11 years of caring for patients in both combat and non-combat environments, his passion to provide competent patient-centered care continued to cultivate. This desire ultimately propelled him to earn both a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Keiser University. He earned the academic achievement of graduating summa cum laude for both degrees. Tony’s nursing philosophy is entrenched in the understanding of the unique needs each client presents with requires adaptable care ideology. Currently, he is enrolled in the Master’s Family Nurse Practitioner program at Keiser University. Tony is a Florida native who enjoys spending outdoor time with family and friends, reading, and listening to music.
