Jilliane Gilbert

Regional Director of Operations

As Regional Director of Operations, Jilliane has 20 years’ experience in the home health industry. Her wide range of experience includes overseeing the day-to-day operations, talent acquisition, onboarding training nurses and caregivers, to one-on-one care with clients in their home. Born in New Hampshire, Jilliane moved to Florida at 16 years old and graduated from Grand Canyon University, Phoenix, AZ, with a B.S. in Health Care Administration. Jilliane feels that if she can just pay it forward to one person, this will make a difference in the world. Her favorite quote is: “When you can be anything in this world, be kind.” She loves the outdoors, enjoys learning something new every day, volunteering with the prison ministry and giving back to her community.
